An opportunity has arisen within the Estates Department at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli for the role of Estates Officer to support the delivery of the Estates function at Prince Philip Hospital which also includes Amman Valley Hospital, clinics and manged GP practices.


For this post, ideally the applicants should be qualified in an electrical engineering discipline to maintain the officers skills mix.

There is a requirement to participate in a 1 in 3/4 on call rota.

To support the senior Estates Officer in providing a safe ,comfortable environment for patients, staff and visitors.


Ensure that all essential services are maintained to support clinical departments in their prime task of treating patients whilst ensuring all statutory legislation is compiled with.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
