Salary:
£60,000+ (Depending on skills and experience)


What you'll be doing:


  • Integrate within the Hawk UK Senior Management team to become a trusted finance Business Partner, working effectively cross functionally providing commercially astute advice and guidance
  • Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders including the UK MoD customer
  • Managing the delivery of all internal and external programme requirements and assessing/shaping the financial impact of business decisions
  • Engaging cross functionally, with Project Directors and Budget Holders, to drive business improvements that deliver positive financial outcomes including delivery of in year and contractual financial targets

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:


  • Preferably has experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with nonFinance staff and providing decision support to stakeholders demonstrating business acumen
  • Overnight travel to RAF Valley will be required on at least a monthly basis

Desirable:


  • Someone who can adapt to change quickly and be an ambassador for the function

The E&I Finance Team:

You will be reporting to the Financial Controller E&I providing business partner support in to the Hawk UK Senior Leadership team
