As a Credit Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the organisations credit control process
  • Assess customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
  • Conduct collections and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Review and reconcile customer accounts
  • Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
  • Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers
  • Generate reports on accounts recievable and aging analysis

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Excellent communication and negation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail orientated
  • Professionalism and a customercentric approach

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
