- Head Office, Manchester M22 4TE**EFM Fleet Services Ltd is a wellestablished Fleet Management company that offers its customers a comprehensive service and due to expansion EFM Fleet Services are looking to recruit a number of
motor claim handlers based at our Head office, located at Sharston, Manchester M22 4TE.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, Providing a detailed accident and incident management service to our customers, you must ensure all information is taken accurately and client data capture requirements are adhered to.

Salary Commencing at £25,000 pa
- Shift pattern is 6:00am-15:00pm and 15:00pm until 00:00 on alternate weeks

The Motor Claims Handlers will have the following tasks
- Ensure all client specific questions are asked and all data is collected and recorded arcuately adhering to various data protection protocols.
- Ensure compliance with client's processes to ensure claimant satisfaction
- Reassure claimants by providing a friendly and efficient service
- Overcome and address challenges and ensure every effort is made to overcome objections
- Tailor your approach to the requirements of the claimant to provide a good service.
- Work efficiently and effectively with a focus on timelines throughout the claim lifecycle
- Assist in reasonable office administration/call handling when required within similar contracts that sit on the wider team (Full training provided)
Skills required for a Motor Claims Handler
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Previous phonebased customer service experience
- Ability to meet specific deadlines
- A committed and flexible approach, excellent customers services
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Display enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility
- Good attention to detail and understanding of the importance of accurate and thorough data capture
- Good computer skills, use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams will be required in the role
Desirable Quality's
- Claims/FNOL Experience
- Analytical mindset, able to evaluate facts and recommend appropriate decision
- Demonstrable experience from a Customer Service role
- Desire to learn and develop through continuous training
