Senior Events and Recruitment Marketing Recruitment Advisor

Your Key Responsibilities:
Attraction
- Develops an effective yearly marketing and attraction plan aligned to hot spots/youth activation proposition with EB
- Manages QR strategy and all calls to action for the wider talent pool strategy
- Provision of talent insights to Employer Brand to generate the most effective advertising campaigns
- Development of talent profiling to develop story boards and attraction strategies for niche, hard to fill roles
Events
- Collaborating with the campaigns team to support the planning and delivery of highfliers, big campus, schools, early ID programmes, digital, virtual to the highest standard.
- Pre
- Offer Holder conversion develops events conversion tracking volumes and ROI and a events metrics calculator team and viability models
Conversion
- Designing a great pre applicant experience that aims to convert passive applicants to applicants
- Develops annual comms strategy to nurture talent pipelines
- Ensuring the top of sourcing strategies are fed to the post applicant team
Technology
MI & Reporting
- Produces and interprets data to assess ROI on all team events and attraction activity to help shape future strategy
- Able to produce management/pipeline reports for team and business as required and can identify when data is not accurate or of questionable integrity
- Accurately collects and reports on data for specific KPI's or produces reports for the team and internal stakeholders
You must have:
- A passion for student recruitment, either via prior experience or a desire to learn
- Line management experience of a small team
- Natural creative ability with a passion for storytelling
- Experience in event management and delivery
- Experience delivering highly engaging projects and working with multiple suppliers, both internally and externally
- Natural eye for data you're able to turn numbers into a story and use this to inform decisions
- An understanding of how different marketing campaigns work and where they
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
- Confident excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs etc)
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience of either schools or university recruitment (ideally both)
- Proven track record of executing volume recruitment
- An understanding of Undergraduate and schools work experience programmes
- Social media knowledge and experience
- Ability to quickly prioritise work and remain flexible in accordance with business needs
- Relationship building skills with the ability to challenge where necessary, always acting with integrity and enthusiasm
- Enjoy teaming and working with others on core delivery and projects
- Calm and objective when under pressure
- Experience of public speaking/ delivering workshops to students
- Social media knowledge and experience
