Job description
Ethos Facilities Group are currently looking to recruit a full time Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis due to internal growth.
Duties Include:
- Maintaining spreadsheets as required.
- Reconciling of credit card statements & receipts
- Assist with general office administration.
- Answering telephone
- Any other tasks required to continue the effective day to day running of the business.
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Excel Experience essential.
- Experience in Sage 50 Accounts preferable.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Experience of working with the CIS scheme an advantage.
- Good communication skills including over the telephone.
- To be able to work on own initiative.
- To be able to organise their workload and continuously meet deadlines.
- To be able to work effectively as part of a team, providing cover where necessary.
