Job description


Ethos Facilities Group are currently looking to recruit a full time Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis due to internal growth.


Duties Include:


  • Maintaining spreadsheets as required.
  • Reconciling of credit card statements & receipts
  • Assist with general office administration.
  • Answering telephone
  • Any other tasks required to continue the effective day to day running of the business.

Skills Required:


  • Microsoft Excel Experience essential.
  • Experience in Sage 50 Accounts preferable.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Experience of working with the CIS scheme an advantage.
  • Good communication skills including over the telephone.
  • To be able to work on own initiative.
  • To be able to organise their workload and continuously meet deadlines.
  • To be able to work effectively as part of a team, providing cover where necessary.

£23,500 PA
