Behaviour support Teaching Assistant - Hayes | £375 - £475 weekly PAYE
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant looking for a new role?


As our Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing pupils with the necessary learning and behaviour support to enable them to reach their full potential.


You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to identify the needs of individual pupils, then plan, deliver and evaluate programmes and activities to help them achieve positive outcomes.

The successful applicant will be a confident, patient and resilient individual with excellent communication skills. You must have a passion for working with children and experience in the education sector would be desirable.


Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant will:


  • Help maintain good class behaviour
  • Support pupils with low attainment or SEN on a 1:1 basis when required
  • Lead interventions and booster sessions
  • Have an assertive, but calm, compassionate approach
  • Enthusiasm for working with children
  • Must be available 8.30am 3.30pm, Mon
  • Fri
  • Undergo / Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role:


  • Primary School in Hayes
  • Ofsted rated high school
  • School with high levels of staff satisfaction
- £375 - £475 PAYE weekly, depending on experience and qualifications
