A few production roles have arisen at Zeina Foods, Ossett, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30Working in the food industry the role entails:
- Ensuring compliance with all BRC, customer and internal requirements relating to food safety, quality and legality.
- To assist in the preparation, production, packing and housekeeping of
all production areas as requested. - To ensure that all product meets customer specifications and the immediate reporting of any deviation from the required standards to supervisory staff and management.
- To ensure that all paperwork is completed in time and is accurate.
- To ensure company compliance with food safety, HACCP, allergen management, legality and quality systems.
- Observes all conditions in Employees Health & Safety handbooks
- To ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P), are always being demonstrated to maintain B.R.C. compliance.
- Startup checks are completed accurately and documented on relevant paperwork to ensure product and employee safety.
- Responsible for production and quality assurance checks during operational running in line with customer/technical/quality standards.
- Ensure the operational area is kept clear & tidy adopting the "clean as you go" attitude.
- Will undertake in depth cleaning of the facility and machinery as deemed necessary to fulfil B.R.C. & food hygiene compliance, ensuring all paperwork is completed daily.
- Responsible for reporting to supervisory staff and management any concerns or knowledge of broken/damaged equipment which may have a negative impact on productivity.

, rising to £10.90 after a successful probationary period.
