Newark, Full Time (Fixed term contract 12 months)

Salary Dependent On Experience


We are proud to be partnered with a long standing Newark based client who are seeking a
Service Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated, highly organised and proactive individual who is looking to thrive in a busy role.


THE ROLE

As
Service Administrator your role will involve:


  • Responding to incoming customer service requests
  • Processing and logging customer requests onto the Company's database
  • Resolving any queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Organising engineers schedules in line with working time regulations and allocating engineers to jobs
  • Preparing customer quotes

THE CANDIDATE

An ideal
Service Administrator will possess:


  • Customer service skills and work effectively under pressure to resolve issues
  • A knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
  • Building lasting relationships with our customers
  • An organised, positive, resilient and adaptable individual
  • Experience in a busy administration role desirable but not essential
