B2B Marketing Agency are seeking an experienced
Marketing Account Manager to be responsible for leading and shaping client relationships. You will maintain and grow allocated accounts with the key objective of developing,delivering and measuring integrated and impactful post-digital strategies which create value for clients and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • On designated accounts, take ownership of client revenue targets and forecasts and act as client lead with responsibility for building exceptional relationships
  • Devising and overseeing the endtoend delivery of integrated multichannel campaigns which fully reflect objectives and meet or exceed expectations
  • Oversee ontime campaign delivery, coordinating agency teams and liaising with and managing outsourcing partners in order to fulfil all projects on time, and to high quality standards
  • Lead or attend client meetings to take briefs and present results, research or creative work
  • Developing and setting performance and value metrics for every campaign
  • Provide analysis and reporting of campaign performance to demonstrate ROI, strategic value and operational success

Skills and experience:


  • Experience of
    client relationship management gained in a brand, digital or marketing agency:
  • Have a strong marcomms background
  • print, campaigns, creative, videography/photography

B2B experience (or keen desire to work in a B2B environment)

  • Knowledge and understanding of B2B industries such as manufacturing, built environment, technology or healthcare is desirable
  • Understands studio process and is process driven
  • Must
    be able to write a strong creative brief:
  • Excellent time and
    project management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, in writing and in person
  • Excellent commercial awareness, skills and judgement
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially
    Word, PowerPoint and Excel:
  • Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to assimilate and interpret data and information
  • A relevant degree or qualification
