THE JOB ON OFFER
The Early Talent Programme Administrator sits at the heart of our people development programmes, working closely with the wider team to create an exceptional learning experience.
You will be responsible for a wide range of activities to successfully deliver our programmes and engage with our early talent populations.
YOUR ROLE
Programme Coordination and Delivery:
- Administrate the programme team mailbox and act as the first point of contact for programme queries
Planning:
- Planning and creating an early careers training calendar
- Work alongside the early talent team to understand learning delivery requirements
- Coordinate and support the planning of early talent inductions
Scheduling and Course Support:
- Work with suppliers for all facilitation venue and accommodation requirements to meet the needs of the business
- Answer queries from course attendees and course facilitators
- Raise necessary POs on time and accurately
Tracking and Reporting:
- Track POs to ensure receipt and that cross charges are correct
- Support of financial management working with business and the finance team to track ongoing costs
- Manage cross charging trackers to ensure accuracy
- Monitor the attendance of courses and report within My Learning
- Manage the Digital Account Service when new apprentices are onboarded and complete programme
Administration:
- Administration of Early and Emerging Talent team mailbox
- Management of team intranet pages, teams channels and sharepoint sites
Collaboration:
- Support key initiatives and projects across the Early and Emerging Talent areas
- Work closely with other teams in the business to ensure collaborative approaches to projects and processes, including Recruitment, Attraction, Offer Management and HR Analytics
