Actual salary range:
£27,352 - £29,091

Are you experienced in delivery, passionate about developing quality, and looking to take the next step in your career journey? If so then this role may be perfect for you. In the role of Work Experience Supervisor, your focus will be to lead on supporting a team of Work Experience Coaches to deliver an engaging and relevant Work Experience programme which nurtures students' work skills, and raises career aspirations. This is a peripatetic role requiring travel across all centres with hybrid working on occasion.


Your key responsibilities will be to provide day to day mentoring to the Work Experience Coaches, the training and upskilling of the team, and the development of quality resources to aid effective delivery.

You will be responsible for providing cover for areas as required and support the Work Experience Manager with managing performance and delivering college training days.


Ideally, you'll hold a teaching qualification (or be working towards one) and have a track record of supervising a team to meet departmental KPI targets.

Experience of programme and resource development, monitoring quality and compliance, coaching and mentoring, and employer engagement are essential.

It's important you are confident at in using IT systems, have excellent administration skills, and are confident at making informed decisions.

You will have, the ability to communicate effectively to build productive working relationships, and a desire to provide first class customer service in line with our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
