A fabulous opportunity for a proven and driven recruiter who is seeking a predominately service bias role but who will be happy to business develop when needed to gain new client/opportunities in the local area (80/20 split to begin with) and, maybe evenidentify new opportunities within your existing client base.

To be considered you MUST have temp process knowledge, be aware of regulations and legislation and have a flare to succeed and provide the very best service to all clients, meeting their demand which can be challenging at times.

You will be involved in allresponsibilities from advertising, registrations, negotiations, inductions, admin, referencing and timesheet management/payroll queries etc etc

Working hrs are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri with some oncall commitment, managing your own clients. Bonus is 10% on your own conversions and 2% on managed accounts handed to you to help service. Basic salary is up to £30k DOE.
