Scrum Master

  • Play a key role in team culture and spirit, influencing the teams to remain motivated and deliver work in an optimal and efficient way within the complex nature of the project, including Techniques, Processes and Tools, remaining focused on creating highvalue Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Helping the Product Owner find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management with appropriate Stakeholder collaboration and support team(s) to have clear, concise and deliverable Product Backlog items at the right time.
  • Closely working with other scrum masters for sharing best practices and drive functional and business wide improvements.
  • End to end involvement, supporting, facilitating, and driving the right process, behaviours and outcomes at each stage of the development lifecycle, interacting with teams both within and outside the Agile Framework and driving optimal collaboration.
  • You'll be continuously improving the squad(s) and the function using empirical methods to define and measure continuous improvements, using information metrics where possible.
  • You'll inform the design of Agile 'reporting' and implement lean governance alongside key project stakeholders.
  • Coach the team to identify and address their own impediments, providing assistance where needed or seeking appropriate escalation.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
  • You will Lead, Support and coach the team(s) in the Transformation to Agile and Scrum adoption and the wider project and business, identify the best solution for efficient project delivery using appropriate agile methodologies, learning & iterating frequently and guiding the team in selfmanagement and crossfunctionality.
  • You will be ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • In addition to this you will be responsible of managing financial aspect of project's budget

3 Essential Skills Required

Experience required

  • Experience and extended knowledge in Agile mindset and practices, and Scrum framework, with the ability to facilitate, educate, train, influence and lead individuals and teams, at all levels in the business, in the effective adoption of Agile in the business that increases the efficiency of the team(s) towards becoming high performing to deliver the Product Goal and Company vision.
  • Demonstrating and leading others to adopt Scrum values, to support team members and to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team to continuously and positively learn from all experiences of failure, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and engage with individuals within the cross functional teams, at all levels in the business, from both technical and nontechnical backgrounds. Present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
