This is a truly hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day management of our field sales team.We have created this brand new role due to our rapid growth and the person in post will be instrumental in driving our future success The Regional Sales Manager will provide exceptional levels of support to individual Sales Executives, ensuring we have a strong, highly functioning and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a trusted relationship with the sales team and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate, improve, execute and support processes that positively impact the daytoday work of the sales team.
- Oversee the team performance on a daily basis and ensure the team are supported to deliver against the objectives and sales targets.
- Deliver sales training and mentoring.
- Define, track & implement sales objectives, initiatives, strategies, tactics & processes.
- Support with the successful onboarding of new team members through training, buddying and mentoring.
To apply, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- A background in direct, pro-active sales, preferably with B2C experience.
- Excellent sales management expertise, driving a team to success.
- Strong communications skills
- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Flexible & adaptable attitude willing to accept & drive change.
- Creative problemsolving skills.
- Field sales experience would be highly desirable, although not essential.
Please note, we need the person to be able to travel regularly to the towns in our regional to be with the field sales team. These towns include Watford, Potters Bar, Welwyn Garden City, Luton and Harpenden
