Description

The Transformation Analyst will:

Be responsible for production of all formal analysis documentation to the requirements set by NHS Digital CDS 6.3 and its produce changes required to clinical processes, functionality requirements to iCare and mapping data fields where required
Support project manager on raising risks and issues.
Implement changes from inception through thorough to a satisfactory go live.
Produce a service requirement document in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts and to produce other project documentation for example:
Identify LGT iCare change requirements
Develop evaluation criteria and evaluate clinical and business processes affected by the change
Organise training session if required
Support adoption of change by staff members
