Job Summary:


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Process manual and EDI customer sales orders and invoices
  • Manage inventory control for all domestic warehouse locations
  • Process intercompany and warehouse related transactions within the companies' ERP system.
  • Work with the thirdparty customs on inbound shipments
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to implement process improvements
  • Support system and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Address problems and areas where senior management should become more focused.
  • Assist with measuring supply chain performance.
  • Other jobrelated duties as assigned

Requirements/Competencies:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management
  • Years of experience in Logistics: 12 years minimum.
  • Must be fluent in French.
  • Experience with EDI preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and databases
  • Passion for problem solving and business process improvement.
  • Strong work ethic, high level of motivation, willingness to learn quickly
  • Excellent systems, technology, and analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate competent selfreliance and resourcefulness
  • Ability to multitask while delivering accurate results.
  • Experience with working in an international business setting a plus
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Occasional travel as required

Pay:
From £35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Henley on Thames: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
