Location:

Salary:
OTE £50,000 With uncapped earning potential; Basic: £25,000


Working Hours: 5 days a week including some weekends.


Igloo are recruiting for a Telesales Team Leader to work for one of UK's fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket, who have vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget,our client is all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.


Due to a huge increase in enquiries, we are looking for experienced salespeople for our award-winning contact centre in Hinckley, Leicestershire making appointments at 1 of 8 dealerships located around the UK.

You will be joining an amazing team helpingcustomers select the right car.

Role:


  • Coaching, training, and driving a high performing telesales team
  • Manage a team to generate appointments through a consultancy technique for our dealer network
  • Developing & managing the CRM system to optimise data and leads
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures
  • Regularly walk the sales floor to drive activity and performance and KPIs
  • Continuously seek to improve sales performance through monitoring all leads, conversions and selfgenerated sales actively
  • Daily updates of appointment trackers and sales board

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of selling and telephone sales
  • Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business
  • Ability to influence and liaise with all levels up to Director
  • A consultative sales approach
