We're seeking a highly skilled SQL Database Engineer to join our client's team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ERP administration and maintenance, reporting, general database administration, and developing and delivering reports.

You'll also handle regular data management and maintenance activities in the ERP and related database systems.


Responsibilities:


  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot MS SQL Server databases and related systems.
  • Develop and maintain efficient SQL queries and procedures to support business operations.
  • Perform database tuning, backup and recovery activities, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver reports that meet business requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the ERP system and other related database systems.
  • Work closely with the IT team to support system integrations and data migration activities.
  • Identify and troubleshoot datarelated issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with database security and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration, development, and reporting.
  • Experience in ERP administration and maintenance.
  • Strong skills in SQL, T-SQL, and SSRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
