I am sourcing a Regional Manager or an experienced Area Manager who is looking for the next step in their career.

This is on an exclusive basis with a national provider of care for Children with EBD, SEMH and Autism.
*One of their biggest unique selling points is how much they really push for service excellence and they do this by investing in the development of their staff and welcome any new and innovative ideas to affect the best change where possible.

Responsibilities of Regional Manager:

Act as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
Ensure the provision of quality services
Managing the regional budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
Take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections.

Key Skills/Requirements:

As you will be overseeing 10 homes it is essential you have multisite management experience,
As all homes have a minimum Ofsted rating of 'Good', you will need experience of running Good or Outstanding homes,
As this is overseeing Children's Residential homes it is essential you have knowledge of Ofsted Regulations as well as Children's Residential experience
You must have a relevant Level 5 qualification
As this role involves visiting the services in your cluster you must have a valid UK driver licence and access to a vehicle you can use for business purposes
