I am sourcing a Regional Manager or an experienced Area Manager who is looking for the next step in their career.

This is on an exclusive basis with a national provider of care for Children with EBD, SEMH and Autism.

Responsibilities of Regional Manager:


  • Act as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
  • Ensure the provision of quality services
  • Managing the regional budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
  • Take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections.

Key Skills/Requirements:


  • As you will be overseeing 10 homes it is essential you have multisite management experience,
  • As all homes have a minimum Ofsted rating of 'Good', you will need experience of running Good or Outstanding homes,
  • As this is overseeing Children's Residential homes it is essential you have knowledge of Ofsted Regulations as well as Children's Residential experience
  • You must have a relevant Level 5 qualification
  • As this role involves visiting the services in your cluster you must have a valid UK driver licence and access to a vehicle you can use for business purposes
