We are hiring a kind-hearted
SeniorWellbeing Support Worker
to help us spread love, joy and stability to our clients across Lewisham**.

Senior Wellbeing Support Worker Duties Include:

Assisting with Personal Care and Medications.
Helping with mobility around the home
Providing support at mealtimes
Supporting with Shopping and Domestic Duties
Assisting with Spot Checks, Quality Monitoring and Training Staff in the field.
Delivering, Colelcting and Auditing Care Logs and MAR Charts.
Supporting the office team with duties such as filing, job fairs and telephone support.
Liasing with Carepoint Services and other Health Professionals within the Borough to provide a person centred, outcome focused approach to care and support,

Senior Wellbeing Support Worker Essential Criteria:

Able to provide a warm smile even on the darkest of days
To offer a gentle hand when things are a little gloomy
Able to share a kind word when the days are long and dreary
Able to make a nice cuppa when life is a little lonely
Offer a listening ear when things get tough
Professional, motivated with excellent time keeping skills.
Organised, positive with a keen eye for detail.
Prevous experience advantageous.
