A brand-new position has just become available with our client, a leading global investment management company based in beautiful offices in Mayfair.
This role will be working for a prestigious private bank who specialise in wealth and asset management,private banking services and technology for banking.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small marketing team who are looking to grow their inhouse Presentations function, the department is in its infancy so you would be the second Presentations Executivein the team and would therefore be helping to head up and pioneer the division and grow a team around you.
The position would initially be a 6-month contract with a view to be made permanent after the initial 6 months, the role offers hybrid working of 3 days a week from their London office, and 2 days per week remotely from home.
9am - 5:30pm
on a full-time basis paying an annual salary of £50,000 plus a very generous perks, and benefits package.
This position would be working collaboratively producing high end presentations, corporate literature, invites, pitches, proposals, newsletters, and corporate brochures to name just a few, where you will be part of a team which develop creative and highimpact Presentations, and DTP documents, as well as supporting on graphic design projects within the team.
- To take effective briefs, and create high impact presentations
- Creating and amending presentations and graphics materials
- Maintaining client relationships, whilst identifying and managing the expectations of key stakeholders
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to produce presentations using PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience in all aspects of presentation preparation for distribution
- Produce templates and materials to improve efficiency of service
- Previous experience in a similar professional services role
- An expert in PowerPoint and MS Office
- Intermediate working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Attention to detail, customer focus and a flexible creative approach
