Based in Hyde we specialise in event and prop design, production, installation and project management, making us a one stop shop for all your event fit-out requirements.


Over the past fifteen years we have successfully run our own events, giving us the knowledge and know-how of how events work and what they need, in order to run efficiently and avoid the headaches that come with production.


From club and festival décor to restaurant design and brand activations we have gone from strength to strength to become one of the biggest uk décor and prop installation companies.

After expanding quickly across the U.K our services now are currently in Dubai, Ibiza, California, Croatia and Saudi Arabia, with plans to reach new destinations over the upcoming seasons.

With our world renowned clients including Boomtown, Kendall Calling, Puma, Eden Ibiza, FIVE Hotel Dubai and Love Island, you can be sure you will be working on some exciting and innovative projects.


Overview;
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Personal Assistant to join our team at Visual Architects.


You will act as the CEO's right-hand person managing complex, fast-changing diary and inbox; liaising with clients including high-profile stakeholders; arranging travel and accommodation bookings and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.


This role is extremely varied and you will be required to work across all sectors of the business including event management.

Duties & Responsibilities;

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's diary
  • Day to day administrive tasks
  • Liaise with clients and managers
  • Assist the CEO on day to day tasks
  • Prepare and distribute well written correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Communicate effectively with all teams on behalf of the CEO
  • Manage bookings, travel arrangements, ensuring best use of time and money
  • Support administration team when required

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast paced PA role is desired;
  • Experience in the Events industry is desired, but not essential;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and juggle a range of different tasks;
  • Sound organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely;
  • Ability to work on your own initiative;
  • Honest and reliable, with the ability to be flexible;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues;
  • Good sense of humour is preferred.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
