Payroll Specialist
Location:
Birmingham / Hybrid Working
Salary:
£27,000pa
An excellent opportunity to sit within a bureau environment and be a part of a friendly Payroll team.
Responsibilities:
- Processing employee life cycle changes including starters, secondments, statutory payments and actioning complex payroll procedures.
- Preparing payroll exception reports
- Reconciliations of Payroll deductions and payment request providers
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Validating invoices in client accounts payable system
Requirements:
- Experience working in an outsourcing environment
- Ability to establish good working relationships with clients
- Minimum 2 years working in UK Payroll
- Manual calculations a must
- Previous experience to complex payroll cases, escalations and complaints.
