Job Title:
Payroll Specialist

Location:
Birmingham / Hybrid Working

Salary:
£27,000pa

An excellent opportunity to sit within a bureau environment and be a part of a friendly Payroll team.

Responsibilities:

Processing employee life cycle changes including starters, secondments, statutory payments and actioning complex payroll procedures.
Preparing payroll exception reports
Reconciliations of Payroll deductions and payment request providers
Supporting internal and external audits
Validating invoices in client accounts payable system

Requirements:

Experience working in an outsourcing environment
Ability to establish good working relationships with clients
Minimum 2 years working in UK Payroll
Manual calculations a must
Previous experience to complex payroll cases, escalations and complaints.
