Job Title:
Payroll Specialist


Location:
Birmingham / Hybrid Working


Salary:
£27,000pa

An excellent opportunity to sit within a bureau environment and be a part of a friendly Payroll team.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing employee life cycle changes including starters, secondments, statutory payments and actioning complex payroll procedures.
  • Preparing payroll exception reports
  • Reconciliations of Payroll deductions and payment request providers
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Validating invoices in client accounts payable system

Requirements:


  • Experience working in an outsourcing environment
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with clients
  • Minimum 2 years working in UK Payroll
  • Manual calculations a must
  • Previous experience to complex payroll cases, escalations and complaints.
