At Heritage Care Recruitment we are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team.

As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.


Duties:


  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility and transferring.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervisor.
  • Developing relationship with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing the personal care.

Experience:


  • Prior experience in caregiving to Dementia/Alzheimer and old age/Elderly care patient.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanour.

Salary:
£10.75-£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

  • Paisley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
