Finance Director - London/Hybrid working - Generous six figure package

Following an incredible growth journey and with ambitious development plans over the next 2 years as they head for an event, the Company now requires an experienced, articulate, commercially astute Finance Director who will support the business to take thenext step to bring this to life.


Working closely with a highly engaging and supportive CFO, this key role will suit an experienced, commercially astute finance professional who has strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across the entire business as wellas being able to manage key external relationships.


The successful applicant will take responsibility for overseeing the entire Finance function where you will be managing heads of department that cover Reporting, FP&A, Transactional Finance and Payroll/Billing.

Previous experience working across a broadfinance remit is absolutely key for this role, and you will help to drive financial performance.

Team development and mentoring will be a crucial part of your role.


This position will be very much outward looking, with accountability to their marketing, sales and operations teams to create and deliver high quality financial and commercial analysis to achieve better business performance.

A passion for commercial insightand business partnering is vital.

You will have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build solid relationships.

A passion for data analysis, as well as driving improvements, are a must, and you will need to be intuitive with a desire to drive improvedfinancial performance.


Strong IT skills and previous experience of systems improvement, and having been part of an IT implementation, will be highly advantageous.


This truly is a challenging, rewarding and autonomous opportunity, where you will take a top down approach to owning the Finance function; be able to consolidate all areas of technical, commercial and transactional accounting; and be able to really put yourstamp on the role.


About you:


  • Fully qualified accountant (Ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CA)
  • Experience with UK GAAP, FRS 102 and IFRS standards
  • Excel modelling skills
  • Highly commercial and analytical
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring teams
