    Description

    Job Title: New Homes Account Manager

    We are supporting a leading estate agency in their recruitment for a highly motivated sales professional to complement their Land and New Homes team covering a variety of developments across Bristol, North Somerset, and Gloucestershire.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate the sale of new build homes with branches across three locations.
    • Promote new home developments, properties, and manage existing developer clients.
    • Develop the business by winning new instructions.
    • Produce site appraisals and act as the main point of contact for site-based sales negotiators.
    • Create social media content for the Land & New Homes Department.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience in new home property sales and a working knowledge of the complete sales process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture and maintain excellent working relationships are essential.

    This role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary, on-target earnings, and benefits such as 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. A UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, although business mileage will be paid and access to a company pool car is provided.

    Working hours are 8:45am until 6pm Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month (9am until 4pm) and one day in lieu.
