We have an amazing opportunity to work for a tech startup in London looking to fill their Legal Operations role.

This is a very exciting role where you will get the chance to work with a growing team in the legal sphere overseeing the set-up and management of all legal operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will spearhead and manage all legal operations required when beginning a start-up. You will work closely with senior members of the team to ensure effective legal operations are in place.

Manage the setup and organisation of legal requirements
Proofread, review, and amend contracts for inhouse matters and external clients and contractors
Ensure compliance with all agreements
Remain up to date on international regulations related to specific projects being completed
Work to improve data management strategies
Manage capitalisation table, ESOP and fundraising

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

You will need to provide a wealth of knowledge and experience of all legal operations that must be put in place when to see a start-up succeed.

Our client is looking for someone who will jump into this role with a flying start, knowing exactly what to prioritise and manage.

A relevant legal qualification
Experience working for a startup or concrete knowledge of the necessary legal operations
Knowledge of on and offshore corporate structure
An interest in crypto and crypto regulation is a huge bonus
Able to multitask and prioritise tasks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience in stakeholder management
