Role Lock Room Technician
Reports to Lock Room Team Leader
Role Description
The Lock Room Technician is responsible for assembly of customer orders in accordance with TVL lock kit instructions.
This is a key role that requires attention to detail to ensure we provide the highest levels of customer service, both in dealing with customer enquiries and meeting our service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all orders are assembled correctly and despatched within agreed SLA.
Report on any stock issues that arise immediately.
Ensure that the working areas are maintained in a clean and tidy order, all tables to be tied at the end of the day.
Ensure that all stock areas are kept tidy and clear of rubbish.Deal with customer enquiries by phone or in person
Any other reasonable request from your line manager
Key Performance Metrics
Productivity - parcels per team member.
Accuracy of orders and reject/return levels
Essential Experience & Skills Desirable Experience & Skills
Attention to detail Knowledge of automotive/LCV sector
Telephone skills Automotive technical expertise
Customer service skills
Good communication skills - written and verbal

Job Types:

Pay:
From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
