Description
- This role requires you to provide information, advice and guidance, and support to existing, new and potential customers using or considering using online learning. You will also work on the eLearning Support Desk answering customer tickets.
To carry out tasks relating to our online learning that arise from the Director of Curriculum Growth, Design and Enhancement and the wider organisation.

Role Information
DUTIES
- Provide daytoday remote IAG and support for our customers who use our E-Learning Services and Pro Suite products such as Careers Pro, eAssessor Pro etc.
- Log support calls from customers and implement solutions where appropriate to meet customer requirements connected to our online platforms
- Support the administration and allocation of courses.
- Administer course loading for eAssessor Pro including user testing responsibilities.
- Administer the online platforms including, providing "demo" log ins for customers.
- Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role.
- Support in the development of existing and new products with internal and external developers.
- Provide occasional onsite support and training for customers on our online platforms
- Administer set up and monitoring of the online platforms.
- Upload learner and other data onto the system within agreed timescales.
- Produce Reports.

- IT literate and highly competent
- English and Maths at level 2 or above
- Professional customer service experience in a support role
