If you have recent experience within Purchase Ledger and you are looking towork in a busy, fast paced environment that gives you full responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function, this is the role for you.
Day to day duties will include:
- Processing all purchase ledger invoices ensuring they are coded accurately
- Resolving supplier queries
- Processing employee expense claims
- Preparation of payment runs
- Posting and allocation of supplier payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Assist management with cash flow forecasting
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods
