If you have recent experience within Purchase Ledger and you are looking towork in a busy, fast paced environment that gives you full responsibility for the Purchase Ledger function, this is the role for you.


Day to day duties will include:

  • Processing all purchase ledger invoices ensuring they are coded accurately
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Processing employee expense claims
  • Preparation of payment runs
  • Posting and allocation of supplier payments
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assist management with cash flow forecasting
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
  • Supporting colleagues during busy periods
Applicants must have recent Purchase Ledger experience. Enthusiasm and a positive work ethic are essential attributes within this exciting business. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships with both internal andexternal stakeholders is essential.
