Description

The Directorate of Students and Education is seeking to appoint to the post of Students and Education Administrator, who will support the Directorate as part of the Operations Team.

The Directorate of Students and Education is responsible for all aspects of the undergraduate and postgraduate student journey and experience at the University of Wolverhampton.

It encompasses the University Library (including academic skills support), disability support, student wellbeing, Chaplaincy, academic and educational development, apprenticeships and online learning.

You will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and be required to demonstrate evidence of good office and administrative experience, excellent standards of literacy and numeracy, and experience dealing with financial data and highly sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite of the post, as is experience of working with internal and external stakeholders from a range of cultural backgrounds.

Personal attributes required include a proactive and professional approach.
