Description

A large, litigation Law Firm is looking to recruit several Senior EL PL Fee Earners to their Northern teams. This an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning firm who are expanding.

You will be running a caseload of fast-track and multi-track EL PL caseload.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Dealing all aspects of pre and post issue procedures in a timely and costeffective manner.
Dealing with a mixed caseload from inception to conclusion
5+ years PQE or equivalent in fee earning experience
Knowledge of running a Fast Track and multitrack caseload
An understanding of Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules
And understanding of the MOJ Portal process, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Occupiers' Liability Act 1957, The Highways Act 1980.

In return, the firm offers an excellent work life balance with 4-8 days in the office each month and the rest working from home.

The roles can be based in either their Liverpool City Centre or Manchester City Centre office.

On top of this, the firm offer extra holidays, bonuses, Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and a competitive salary of circa £45,000.

Pay:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
