My tier 1 ranked client being based out St Albans is looking to expand its corporate commercial team with a mid to senior lawyer.

The St Albans team acts for local, national and international clients, particularly owner managed businesses on mergers, acquisitionsand disposals, private equity transactions, as well as providing regulatory advice.

The practice has a strong focus in the franchising and recruitment sectors, and frequently collaborates with the employment, litigation and commercial property departmentswithin the firm.

The Practice co-leader deals with private equity transactions, banking, financial and corporate restructuring, while the other has expertise in IP and IT matters.

This gives anyone joining the comfort of knowing that any complex case thatneeds to be worked, there will be the support system in place to escalate matters.

If you were to join the role you would be maintaining a healthy reputation acting for clients in the media and entertainment sector.

You will also be acting on behalf of clientsfrom the charity, manufacturing and technology industries. You will be offering further advice to AIM market clients on a range of M&A and corporate regulatory matters. You will also have access to European and Asian markets with the work you are undertaking.

Salary will be dependent on experience, but my client is extremely competitive and offers support and encouragement for you to grow your career, enhance your experience and achieve your ambitions.

Experience in a strong boutique or medium sized firm is preferred.
