Core Responsibilities:


  • Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials
  • Help configure onsite, content, marketing campaigns and other promotional activity
  • Ensure branding is consistent across all platforms
  • Manage the overall visual identity, ensuring consistency across diverse platforms and channels
  • Ensure that written content aligns with the companies brand personality and resonates with the target audience
  • Help develop brand strategy, including the monitoring of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
  • Use Google Analytics and other internal tools to help identify appropriate site developments and improve overall site engagement & conversion rates
We are not looking for any specific qualifications. We are more interested in experience and creative flair.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a creative role
  • A creative mind with a keen eye for design
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead when required
  • Digital and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, UX Design, PPC, Online marketing
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Previous work experience in a highvolume ecommerce role
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Job Types:

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
