Description
Just Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a company based in Sudbury.


Duties include:
Raising paperwork for engineers and actioning all product required, re-booking incomplete service calls and liaising with the house builder.
Quoting for chargeable works and maintaining a good working relationship with customers.
Raising reports, reporting errors accurately, working with the team of engineers and internal colleagues in a professional manner.

Must have previous customer service experience of working in a busy office.
Must be able to work as a team but independently is essential
Excellent attention to detail and experience of MS Word and Excel is required.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm


Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
