Afon Support Service is funded by the Torfaen "Supporting People" team through the Housing Support Grant (HSG) and was set up within Bron Afon to support all tenures within the community who have a Housing Related Support need.

We need an individual with vision, integrity, and passion to provide a person centered/needs led support service to meet our contractual requirements but also an individual with energy and drive to develop the service further to achieve excellence.

Your role will require you to supervise, guide and motivate a team of support workers as well working operationally by managing a small caseload.

As such, we are looking to recruit a leader with experience in team management who has the ability to clearly evidence confidence in supporting teams with complex support cases and safeguarding.

You will be working in conjunction with the service Assistant Manager helping to ensure that service delivery is of the highest quality at all times.

The role is temporary until 31 March 2024.
