Internal Sales Executive

Leicester Office and Hybrid (3/2)

£25,000 to £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus & career developement


Our client an established leader is experiencing exceptional growth, they are now looking to recruit additional Internal B2B Sales Executive to join their team.


You'll also be working closely with the key decision-makers within the agency and colleagues working in sales, marketing and accounts.


Internal Sales Executive Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in within a similar role doing Telesales / telemarketing or internal sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Experience of managing high call volumes.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Comfortable in visiting clients
  • Proactive and positive approach

Internal Sales Executive Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing leads and contacting potential customers.
  • Devising sales strategies and implementing them.
  • Meeting face to face with potential customers.
  • Keeping up to date with trends within your sector.
  • Liaising with colleagues and making sure aims are shared and worked towards.
  • Make sure targets are met periodically.
  • Generating marketing proposals and presenting strategies to potential clients
