SALES ORDER PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR

Reporting To:
Lucy Land - SOP Manager

Sales Order Processing (SOP)


Working hours:
Full-time (39 hours per week)

Working pattern:
Monday to Friday - (hours negotiable as above)


Salary:
£23,200 to £26,000 DOE


SUMMARY OF ROLE


The main aim of this role is to support the sales order processing department by inputting sales orders and dealing with customers order enquiries.


AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Sales Order Processing responsibilities:


  • Entering customer orders onto the system
  • Matching and checking orders
  • Dealing with general enquiries and customer queries
  • Administration support for the sales reps
  • Inputting pricing
  • Other office based duties as and when required
  • This list is not exhaustive and may evolve over time _

SPECIALISED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

Professional experience:


  • Excellent attention to detail (mandatory)
  • A good team player and able to work as part of a team (mandatory)
  • GCSE's Grades A-C (mandatory)
  • Business Administration or similar further qualifications eg NVQ's or Diplomas (Desirable)
  • Computer literate (mandatory)
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance (mandatory)
  • Selfmotivated, possessing problem solving skills (mandatory)
  • The ability to achieve targets and timescales (mandatory)
  • Organised and methodical (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
  • Previous sales order processing experience (Desirable)

Job Types:

Pay:
£23,200.00-£26,000.00 per year
