We are looking for an experienced and professional Estate Agent to join our team.

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients in the process of buying or selling a property.

You will need to be knowledgeable about the local area, market conditions, regulations and the legalities involved in property transactions.

• Responsibilities:_

Advise clients on buying or selling properties

Use market research and analysis to determine the best pricing for properties

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers

Work with clients to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads

Manage day-to-day operations of the estate agency including staff management


Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estate Agent or similar role

In depth knowledge of local market conditions, regulations, legalities and trends

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly

Salary:
£25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
