Job Description:

We are actively seeking an HR Graduate to join our HR team in Sandiacre.


This role is designed to give you exposure to all aspects of HR helping to kick-start your rewarding career in the field.


A day in the life of an HR Graduate

  • Building effective relationships with staff and Managers
  • Being the first point of contact for general HR queries, escalating where appropriate
  • Assisting with the administration of the processing of payroll
  • Completion of Occupational Health administration
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner on aspects of Learning & Development
  • Supporting line managers with low level people matters such as absence reviews, and disciplinary investigations
  • Assisting with the Insights employee engagement survey
  • Creation of monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • Team player with effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Desire to learn
  • A passion for people
  • CIPD qualified, partqualified or willing to complete the qualification
