The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer services and the first point of contact for all customers wishing to use Lincs Inspire Limited's facilities.


Job Summary:


The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer services and the first point of contact for all customers wishing to use Lincs Inspire Limited's facilities.


Main responsibilities:


Successful applicants must have excellent customer service skills, effective time management, knowledge of leisure, sports or entertainment sector and able to work on their own as well as part of a team.


Duties will include:
- encouraging the take up of new memberships and upgrade existing members onto appropriate membership types.
- maintain customer data bases on a daily basis.
- assist and advise customers for activities across all centres including swimming lessons.
- be responsible for the cash balance of tills.
