We are an independent charity providing support to help local voluntary and community organisations develop and sustain their activities and engage residents in voluntary action.

We are a small, energetic team committed to our aim of supporting a strong voluntary and community sector and inspiring local social action.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to support the monitoring of projects that One Walsall facilitates with the voluntary and community sector.

The Monitoring Officer will:

Provide a central reporting mechanism to enable the flow of information and reporting between the management team and relevant funding bodies
Support the management team to identify and highlight successes of projects delivered within the voluntary sector.
Ensure a smooth and timely reporting process from sector partners and adhere to reporting deadlines.
Excellent communication, orally, face to face, and in writing. Ability to motivate and influence through communications.
Experience of using the Microsoft Office software suite and maintaining databases and Customer Relationship Management systems
Knowledge and practical experience of project monitoring, planning and financial management.
