Description

Our client, a prestigious motorcycle design and manufacturer based in Hinckley, are looking for a suitable person to provide administrative support.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support to the team
  • Process information from internal notes
  • Set up new parts and update records using internal systems
  • Running of reports and refreshing data, using AS400 and Excel
  • Data input and updating spreadsheets
  • To undertake and assist with projects as required by the Manager
  • Any other adhoc duties as required by the Manager
Average 39 hours a week, starting at 7am/8am.

  • Maths & English GCSE C grade or above
  • Proficient in MS Office in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Have worked in a similar role, or have previous admin experience
  • Self motivated with the ability to take instructions and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Be flexible on working hours when necessary

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£14.12 per hour
