1st Line Technical Analyst / Immingham / £27,000

One of the UK's leading providers of critical national infrastructure require a 1st line technical support analyst.

This company handle £25 Billion of UK trade and a FTSE 250 company. There business is large and complex and key to the UK moving trade around the world.

The 1st line Technical Analyst will take ownership of incidents, requests and small projects from first contact to final resolution or escalation.

Key skills and experience required:

Active Directory
Exposure to Office 365 administration and support experience
Microsoft Window 10
Networking and telephony basic network troubleshooting
Experience of use of an IT ticketing system
Worked in a team environment and can demonstrate team working skills
Excellent customer service skills

This role is offering up to £27,000 per annum + excellent benefits.

This role is working on site in their Immingham office.
