- Oversee and resolve system issues within Itracs, ensuring timely follow-up and problem resolution.
- Perform monthly health and safety compliance checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for the company's timesheet system, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Undertake additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required to support business priorities.
- Proven experience in a senior administrative, coordination, or team leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Clear and confident communicator, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Proactive, solution-focused approach with a hands‑on mindset.
- Eligible for SC Clearance.
- Experience within engineering, technical, or field service environments.
