Description
Our client H. Curtis & Sons have been the leading provider of agricultural equipment for more than 75 years. They need a Parts Assistant / After Sales Support Executive to join their team.

A varied role with room for growth, you will be responsible for providing additional support to the Company's dealers including in-season spare parts technical support, field and remote based product support, dealer training on parts and service in order tofurther strengthen overall standards of customer service.

Office based to provide in-season technical parts support and with travel at other times of the year, this is a key role within the Company's overall aftersales provision, suited to a recent agriculturalengineering graduate or trained service technician seeking career progression and improved work / life balance.

This is a diverse role, covering all key aspects of aftersales support and with potential progression opportunities, working for a leading brandin the agricultural machinery world.


Requirements:


  • From a technical / engineering background within the agricultural or construction machinery sector, you'll be motivated by providing high standards of customer service, either remote or field based, satisfying technical parts enquiries and conducting dealertraining
  • You'll have welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills, a helpful attitude to resolving enquiries and be flexible in reacting to time sensitive situations
  • You'll have good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems and be able to interpret spare parts and schematic drawings
  • Team focused, you'll be able to develop strong working relationships internally with sales and technical colleagues, externally with dealer parts and technical teams and end users
  • You're a natural multitasker, selfmotivated and down to earth, with a practical cando approach to satisfying customer demands
  • Experience of working with dealers and an understanding of the manufacturerdealer relationship is useful, particularly in a service / technical support function
  • A full UK driving licence is required
