Deputy Head Housekeeper

To lead the housekeeping team and undertake housekeeping services


This post involves organising and leading the hotel's housekeeping service, supervising staff, managing laundry and preparing and setting up the hotel's function rooms for special events.

It involves training new members of staff, updating their training records, managing staff performance, organising the housekeeping schedule, pricing with suppliers and liaising with other departments of the hotel to deliver our services.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£32,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

  • ISO 13485: 1 year (preferred)
