Description
The College Planning and Initiatives Team sits within the College Services Directorate.

The team provides a wide range of business development, planning and professional support services to colleagues across the College to enable them to function efficiently and the College to achieve its strategic aims.


We are looking for a highly motivated Officer to provide effective and efficient management for a range of processes within the Planning and Initiatives Team.

You will be responsible for providing a wide range of service functions through a range of activities including data management, support for business development activities, projects and support for meetings.

Experience of data management is essential as is the ability to problem solve. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders and must be a confident communicator in any situation.

You must have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills and ability to multitask are essential.

You must be able to work on your own initiative, manage your own workload and be able to prioritise effectively, and also to manage and lead identified areas of service.

Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
