Coherent-Solutions are looking for full-time Children's Residential Support Workers.

40 hours per week.

Shifts consist of earlies (7.30am - 3.30pm) and lates (2.30pm pm) and sleep ins.

About the Role:

You will work as part of a passionate team delivering care to young people with the goal to equip them with the tools and resilience to be confident adults and fulfil their potential in their lives.

Duties will include:

Support all young people to participate in education, and volunteering opportunities, as appropriate, for the development of their skills, assets and aspirations.
Participate in a Rota system shift pattern which will include sleepin duties.
Complete required paperwork.

About you:

Experience working in a residential children's home will be an advantage.
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care. We encourage people who have good interpersonal skills, who would like to make a difference in young people's lives to apply.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to generate trust and credibility when working as part of a team and be reliable.
Problemsolving abilities and the ability to remain calm within stressful situations.

Please note that this position requires a background check and may require a valid driver's license.
